Shipping Policy

Chrome & Cotton products are made to order. This allows me to reduce waste and focus on quality while keeping drops flexible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 weeks, depending on your location and carrier.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you do not receive tracking and would like to track your order please email me with your order number.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact me as soon as possible. Once an item enters production, address changes may no longer be possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Chrome & Cotton is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, contact me and I will help however I can.
